New for 2024, it's Medley Blue! A blend of fresh cow and goat milk, pasteurized and aged one month. Buttery and creamy with a tart goat-y afterbite and a semi-firm texture. Each wheel is approximately 2 lbs, and has a lovely and unique hash mark design on the rind.
